Unable to enter capital supremecy today after full access through spawn bug

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Unable to access capital supremacy due to infinite load screen from around 11pm UK time on Xbox one,
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Squarefall024
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 04/06/2019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Around 11pm UK time
In what game mode did the bug occur? Capital Supremacy
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to load into capital supremacy
What happens when the bug occurs? Infinite load screen
What do you expect to see? Have been lucky enough to have only had a few hours of issues with this mode on launch day but have had decent access since then so just looking for a response to see if any known issues today etc would like mode to work as intended

Have only had minimal issues previously with this  mode so looking to find out if this is effecting others and if any known issues at present

    How are things looking today. Are you able to get into the game? 

    These steps are a great starting point if you're having some trouble with our games on Xbox One.

    Power Cycle the Console

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Clear Mac Address

    1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
