    And I used skill points to unlock/upgrade this star card today. 🙂

You probably need to be at level 5 to upgrade..

Although it looks like you can because you have the 2nd card upgraded...Try restarting the game...

    AFAIK, there is no level cap for upgrading unlocked Star Cards from Common (green) to Uncommon (blue) for any BF 2 class.

    I tried restarting the game just now, same Star Card upgrading issue.
