    And I used skill points to unlock/upgrade this star card today. 🙂

Having the same problem as cannot upgrade the Engine Upgrade Star Card as you can see from the screen shot -

Also I think it is a bug as a friend of mine has gotten his Lando's Falcon up to level 20 and he still can't upgrade this star card past grey.

Same issue. Card won’t upgrade and it doesn’t mention any prerequisites in the card screen for upgrading this card.  Really want this card.
