I have reassigned the key-binding multiple times for this function and still cannot get it to work. Please help. Thank you.
Finally worked for me too when I changed a few key bindings for the F2 other functions... ended up having to press F6 (ran out of options trying), but worked well. PRobably just a key binding glitch.
Sorry to revive a dead thread, but I just bought this during a sale and had the same issue.
My rebind of lower card ability was not working, and was showing F2 as the key binding. After playing around with all the keybind options that default to F2, I found that the lower card option is actually bound in the control options to the "Ewok Hunt Emote 1/Level pickup (Campaign)". Once I set this option to a different key, the HUD now reflected the new key and worked in game.
So something screwed up the key binding menu, but at least now I can set the option I want. Hope it helps someone else.

This is still an issue today. INsaneyAC is right, and I have no idea why EA_David thought it was cool to mark resolved based on one guy solving their own [different] issue..
