Using mouse to roll in starfighter assault
Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:PC
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I seem to be unable to set the mouse X axis to be used for rolling on the starfighter controls screen. I enter the command, it briefly registers, then bounces back to the controls screen leaving the column empty. I've already cleared the control from the default function. Weirdly, I seem to be able to roll right afterwards by moving the mouse to the right (even though there is no mouse X axis entry anywhere in the column); but moving the mouse left does nothing at all. Has anyone been able to resolve this; for example by manually setting this in a text file somewhere? After a long time of playing Elite Dangerous, I really can't deal with the default starfighter controls - really hoping that this gets fixed! The control setting option is there, it just doesn't work ☹️ I had this same problem on a different PC during the open beta.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to controls screen; try and set the roll (I think it's called strafe?) option for starfighters; the column will likely be blank. If not, try setting it once, and then again. I originally set it in the incorrect direction (mouse right rolled the vehicle left); the column entries did fill; I'm not sure if the controls were working appropriately since I only had it set for a second and with the inverted controls immediately went back to settings; but since then I've not been able to set it at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? The control will not properly register. The column will appear empty; and the vehicle will not properly respond to the mouse.
What do you expect to see? The controls will not properly control the vehicle
