Valken 38x sniperm bullets not registering as hits

Summarize your bug Often when firing the first specialist sniper rifle, i will shoot an enemy directly several times and none of the bullets will register. this has happened increasingly in arcade mode to the point that the whole class is unplayable.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into any arcade mode match playing as the galactic republic, try to shoot droids. you will see that even straight up body shots will go straight through the droids body and will not register.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bullet will go through the body doing no damage and usually results in my death
What do you expect to see? I expect the bullets to register when they hit 100% of the time
