Vehicles * around on console
Anytime I play a vehicle on my Xbox one console whether it's a land vehicle or air vehicle the game starts jerking, it's like someone shakes my TV randomly and it's almost impossible to aim with this...

Does this issue happen only while you're in a vehicle? If you don't experience this issue anywhere else besides while inside a vehicle, I don't think it's a connectivity issue. You mentioned this happens on your xbox 1, but do you play this game anywhere else? If so does it happen there as well?
This only happens when I'm in a vehicle, when I'm just a soldier there is no problem for my xbox1. I also play this on my Lenovo yoga laptop, using the same wireless internet and there is no problem when I play on that.
