Want to refund Battlefront II PC Pre-Order after being charged

I want to cancel my Battlefront II Deluxe Edition PC Pre-Order to get it on Xbox instead, however I've already been charged. Is there a way for me to refund this now, or do I have to wait?

its the 13th now, and i can't refund Battlefront II. It doesn't qualify as a refundable Game in the Refund Page.

So does that mean EA ripped me off?

It's technically still in pre-order status. I want my refund too. I'll just call my CC company and block the transaction.
