We need an in game favorite system

We need an in game system that allows a favorite/unfav or prefer/not prefer for gamers that we play with.  This should be coupled with a stat system that measures effectiveness overall, but most importantly objective play.

A lot of these players do not belong in a lot of games, since their only purpose is to get steamrolled, trampled, and take the Hero from others who are actually trying to win and help the team.

Investing in these things would make the game much better, with everyone being quality players in the same game, it will make the game competitive and enjoyable

I hate playing games where after watching the players run away from the objective, not use cover, getting routinely outshot, and making the game feel like its 10 on 20, that I've just wasted my time and have to quit.  Getting the hero with those players doesn't change the outcome of their sorry play, and frustrates you to no end
