We want compensation

Summarize your bug Dear EA, lately we all have been suffering the bugs of your game. We all spent 60~90$ on this game and you haven't fixed a very crucial bug (milestones) who doesn't let people to unlock weapons or mods. There will be 1 week since you told us that it will be fixed "soon", and at least 2 weeks+ since people have started to have milestones issues. 2 weeks since people with a lot of enthusiasm to play and have fun nicely have found a great frustration istead, not being able to unlock nor upgrade their weapons, being overtaken by other playes who have had acces to them before the bug started. 2 weeks with a broken product, it's embarrassing to read the bad gaming experiences that the most recent buyers have had because of this bug, I don't know how you can't be ashamed if I'm and I'm not even part of the company. We don't deserve this. We just wanted to play a fun Star Wars game and instead we found a great game (cause I really like this Battlefront) BUT which was totally broken and didnt worth our money, at least at the momment I'm writing this (I know that in 1yr our around with more content and fixes this game will be actually awesome). At this time you can't only fix the freaking bug like nothing happened... We need to be compensated for the troubles, and I hope you're preparing a gift to all the players who were suffering this bug for all this time. I hope you want your customers satisfied... Because right know you look like you dont care at all about our bad experience because this.

    There are a lot more really crucial things not working properly. The lagging, Palpatine (you all know what I mean), not gaining any credits in matches where you don't score a kill (even if you're in the Top 5 for playing the objective and having a ton of assists), some walls seemingly being made of porous material (so you can be shot or exploded from the other side)...

    Bugs happen, we all know that. But in a AAA title - not to mention one from such an important franchise - that already had a pretty rough start, a simple "The issue is known and we will fix it SOON" isn't enough. Not for people who invested so much money. And that's just speaking from my own experience. Battlefront 2 is the first game in... 20? years that I bought so darn early that I had to pay something close to the full price. Don't let it be just another disappointment, EA. We've had enough of those as of late.

    I agree, something like every reward that couldn't be claimed should get five times the reward payout.  Or a big one-time payout of like 20,000 credits to everyone with the problem.  I don't agree that it doesn't affect gameplay, because some of things that can't be claimed are mods on weapons, like night vision and stuff that people want to be able to play with.  I'm glad they know there is a problem and someone is working on it, but in the meantime, it's leaving a really sour taste in the mouth of a lot of players.  And the OP is right, in most other respects, this is an awesome game, so they just need to fix this quick to start getting good press again.

    Credits bugs are really annoying and equally crucial as the milestones, but I dont agree about the milestones are not that important. Yeah, maybe in my case because I only got the bug with milestone which give me 500 credits (as a lvl 50 I really dont need 500 credits). But people who has been playing recently, new players/customers are having a really bad time because THEY CANT HAVE WEAPONS. How that is not important? Its a total game breaking if you cant use any weapon or youre forced to use a weapon without mods that you deserve only because a bug, actually some people are not playing anymore because this.

    The real problem is with new players, I convinced a friend to buy the game telling him thay its awesome and then this bug started... And now I feel ashamed for the recomendation, he spent a lot of money and can't use any weapon/mod because the freaking bug, its insane, and if you read comments of new people theyre having such a bad experience because of this.

    I've seen bugfed games before, thats not new, but usually the bugs are not with such an importance like this one!!! Most of bugs only affects things like lag, textures, or maybe some exploits like Palpatine lighting, thats not that bad actually its a little problem (annoying, of course, but doesnt really affect your experience). And even with not crucial bugs... Most companies fix them in one or two weeks... I'm talking about random bugs, because game-broken bugs are usually fixed in 2 days or something!!!

    Word is there's going to be a game update tonight to fix the issue (fingers crossed it actually works) and we're supposed to get a bonus crate with 4000 credits and starfighter cards.  here's hoping....

    4000 credits doesn't cover all the credits you missed out on if you had the no credits awarded for duplicate card bug.

    RE: update - anyone notice the door on the side of the Strike map where the rebels have to blow up the tie fighters was moved to the corner? Maybe the update already occurred. I noticed the door yesterday.

    No 4K credit bonus won't cover the missing duplicates issue; however, they have said we will receive those credits back.
