    Check your crates

    The weapon and it’s attachments are granted to you from there.

I have had the same issues. I have completed the milestone for the heavy weapon T-21 and it says in career rewarded but i never got it? It says unlockable through milestones but I have already done it and now i can not get the T-21 and I was really looking forward to being able to play with it
