Any community has people who are very loyal and adequate, will not make it worse, play it very much and for a long time, why none of the developers do not give a few people mini admin rights with a ban or something like that? As an example, I've been in the game since 2017 and I can already tell with 100% probability who is a cheater, offloading for developers and peace of mind for players.

These are the works of an exceptionally good anti-cheat program. Ultimately, you can record a blatant cheater and send it to EA, and he will be banned 100%. So the “moderator” function as such has already existed for a very long time.
