I dont understand why this credit system is like this in this game. Surely to force you to buy credits.
We should get credits based only in the score we've got. Nothing else. This way those AFK farmers would get zero credits. Problem solved.

Problem solved.I agree that AFK farmers are a problem and it's a problem that needs to be addressed. That said, if income was solely based on merit you'd have a self perpetuating system where the rich get richer and the poor stay poor.
Guys who have full purple star cards have a significant edge over new players with no star cards as it is. Generally they are going to score higher because of their advantages..
Skilled players are going to advance much more quickly than not-skilled players.
The people who are struggling are going to struggle even more while the people who score well are going to advance more quickly and get even bigger advantages.
I think that's why the system was set up the way it was, to help disadvantaged players still advance.
Personally I think there is a way to both impede people abusing the system and also to allow casual players to get rewards.I'm hoping EA can put a little thought to this and come up with a logical solution.

To the OP's question:
Two factors determine your reward: Time spent in the game and your objective score.
I don't know the exact formulas but the longer the game lasts, the more base pay each player who participated in the game will receive. The higher your score the more bonus credits you'll receive in addition to the base payout.
