If you pre-ordered on the night of september 30th (which is the last day for early access) will i get access to the beta on the 4th?

Beta isnt showing up on origin and I cant contact EA because I cant sign in for some reason
Ok. Well i pre-ordered on september 30th which should allow you to get the beta today on the 4th, but it's not in my library and i apperantly didn't get it....

I am in the same situation, I pre-ordered on september 30th but there is no beta in Origin. I´ve tried email, but it keeps loading and loading, and I´ve been waiting for a chat for and hour and no one answer me.
