Beta isnt showing up on origin and I cant contact EA because I cant sign in for some reason

Preordered on 30 Sep 17 GMT+8 time. Now still no sign of beta download in my origin account!

Well I can tell you that early access was for buying it before the 1st of October. Otherwise, you get it on the 6th. The problem is I bought it before the 1st and I do not have access. I can not even make a ticket now because there server has taken a giant * on itself.
You pre-ordered it too late to get it on the 4th, but it will automatically be on the free games tab on origin on the 6th
