Community Admin@mekairaw Hey, as mentioned you should have access automatically in most cases. If you ordered from Origin or digitally on the PS4 or Xbox store then you don't need to take any more action.
If you ordered from a retailer please contact them for the code.

Pre-ordered from Origin before the 1st of October, haven't received my code. Can't contact EA support as I fill out the form then hit 'Email Us' and then a blue loading circle appears and nothing happens.
