@brisvegas93There are some that get deployed occasionally. Like when there's a system update paired with May 4th it has to be prepared even modestly. And 6 months ago that update had caused chaos with client profiles(at least on playstation), which has taken them about 2 weeks to fully repair. It's the same update/event that will soon take place on Jan 1st. There's a slight chance that they're working on it to avoid the results from last time, but while tinkering on subjects they can inadvertently break some other parts of the game(sh*t like this tends to happen).
That i can appreciate when they actually try 🙏 and having 9k hours in the game means im on daily, i didnt have any troubles with navigating the heroes unleashed event and the star card/lvl hero resets on the last tinkering, but there is a recent occurrence i noticed that's started happening about a month ago and it's to do with the Australian servers constantly being 3 barred/ 2 barred/unplayable and defaulted to Japan servers for my client on ps5, then Australia is unselectable, I mentioned something recently but it was ignored then the next post calling a cheater out immediately got responded to only to be shut down and edited out but a ea dev, there are actually multiple posts speaking about it ntm multiple players messaging me in game asking if the servers are fixed 🤦
