Why can’t I accept or decline terms and conditions on battlefront 2

I disconnected the power cord from the Xbox, re-connedted, and powered up. Every thing is working fine and we are enjoying the game!
Like @hglaspell said.
You have to disconnect the power cord for a few minutes. If it won't work please use wired controller. (even smartphone charger's cable should work)
