Why is this 'game' SO bad?

Well well well. 

I have never wanted to refund a PC game before. And I am a massive, massive Star Wars fan. But this 'game' is actually destroying my soul.

Never have I felt the need to come on to EA's forum and express my views about anything before... 

Never ever have I played something (if you can call it playing) that winds me up so much and has me frustrated, disheartened and demoralised, but somehow still eager to improve. Battlefront2 is for some reason COMPLETELY biased to experienced players with higher ranking weapons and mods than you, there are no disadvantages to their class. It should not be possible to take 3 or so hits from ANY sniper rifle but some how be able to do a 180 and 1-shot-kill someone with a pistol.

I have had the game 2 weeks.. ONLY 2 weeks and I officially hate it. I have been buying and playing EA/Dice Games for a long, long time and never have I wanted to insert the DVD back into you so much! 

Why have you taken all of the 'fun' out of gaming? If you spent half as much time making the game playable and enjoyable for people as opposed to making it look beautiful and squeezing money out of people you might actually have achieved something. Everyone I know is giving up on this game or wanting a refund. A few people in my community were going to buy this game but from other people (and my) reviews, and my live streams on Twitch they aren't even going to bother. You have literally lost money, and you'd lose mine if I was able to refund it.

I thought maybe this was just the fact that I am a low(ish) rank. I am currently rank 11 and I have only unlocked one other weapon! What is the point in that? There is no progression ratings anywhere in the game so you cannot check progress.. I have to get 50 kills to unlock a pistol which in ALL RESPECTS is worse than the default weapon? That paired with the fact that I get between 1-3 kills PER GAME!! I am likely to need to play 20-30 games just to unlock one gun. After that its 250 kills... are you kidding me? When am i going to unlock that, 2019?!?

If i see someone riding around in an AT-RT and I shoot them in the head with a sniper rifle.. they are not wearing a helmet.. they should die. No. You let them destroy me. I die constantly like a little *. This has nothing to do with skill. I may not be the world's best player but who would know?? I cant even get a shot off before i'm dead.

I die, die, die.. die, die............. run a little bit this time......... then die! The game gives you NO ability or chance of defending yourself or fighting back. Most of the time I don't even get a shot off. 

Compare this to fast paced games which I am used to playing, and used to aiming and shooting fast in like Q3Arena, HL:AdrenalineGamer, then COD2,3,4, BF1,2,3,4... Why is this game SO IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY AND ENJOY.

You have managed to take a working product, implement the most popular and immersive StarWars world's imaginable and create a 'game' which fundamentally fails on an EPIC scale.

EA. Sort your s**t out and fix the stupid thing. Make it possible for new people to join and ACTUALLY PLAY A GAME.
