Please use this space to continue this discussion as creating new threads or asking for advise for the same issue in other threads is considering spamming the forums. It's best to keep all relevant information in one space to better keep track of what's been tried so far and where to go from there.
On that note, may I double check what steps you've already completed? I'll share a list below of steps below. Let us know please in your reply if you tried all of these troubleshooting steps while the Xbox Servers were active and if there are any steps you've completed that are missing from this list:
- Confirmed that you have an Xbox Live Gold membership active to access the online features of this game?
- Checked if you have linked that Xbox Account to the correct EA account? (See your 'About Me' page on myaccount.ea.com)
- You've double checked your Xbox One is up to date/no updates pending?
- You’ve restarted your router and tried a hardwired connection?
- Cleared your alternate MAC address?
- Opened up your ports for Star Wars Battlefront II?

I just had the same problem. This morning I just restarted my xbox and it works.
