@Sithewok Thank you for the post, that's quite an odd issue. II think the best way forward is tp to check if this is related to your account or your install.


Can you try creating a new account or having someone play on their account on your system, and see if the issue occurs again?

    I have the exact same issue. Hard crash when opening crates.

      @bioroid I returned by Xbox One X, perhaps you should do the same. If less than 30 days old of course, or at least report directly to Microsoft.

        I've had it since day one. This is the only game that I have had crash on me, though, so I hesitate to think that the problem is with the system.

    Hi. Sorry for not replying more quickly. I have tried other accounts and had the same issue. It is no longer happening all of the time, though I have not played recently. I am still receiving the error code about not being able to five me my rewards every time that I start the game and I wonder if that is possibly related?
