@Sithewok How long have you owned the Xbox One X? I'm assuming you have restarted it, uninstalled and re-installed the game from scratch? Assuming also you have removed your game profile and re-added it after a restart? Perhaps checking the system to see when the Xbox was updated last? Perhaps you have considered taking the Xbox One X to factory specs.
Are you wired or wireless? Not that it makes much of a difference since you state the game functions normally except for this issue.
All I can say is best of luck. My Xbox One X was less than 30 days old, and only Star Wars Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition destroyed any functioning aspect. "Please try again For some reason STAR WARS Battlefront II took too long to start. (0x8027025a)" I kept getting that error for 27 straight days.
Have you tried calling EA Help? Emailing EA Help? Microsoft?
