Xbox One X crashes and turns off completely when crates are opened

And one more question from me - you didn't experience such issue with opening crates before the maintenance?

No. The game worked fine Tuesday and last weekend

      Could someone send me test crates? I'm out, and didn't get anything from them. Also, any serious troubleshooting will take days to verify while waiting on the daily crates.

        I didn't want to wait for days, so I did all those troubleshooting steps at once along with deleting the local save game and reinstalling battlefront 2.  Opening a crate still shuts down my xbox.
