Xbox shuts down in multiplayer

During multiplayer matches the Xbox one shuts down completely.

It used to do previously, I think following the celebration update, but is back to doing it again.

Console is well ventilated and does this having been off all day and within 10 minutes of gameplay

It's happened in online co-op on various maps.

  • Deleted game & saves, cleared cache, reinstalled & working okay, so far.

  • Only happens on swbf2. Been playing other games with no issues, so don't believe it's the console.

  • have you power cycle for 10 seconds  then wait for  30 sceonds then turn on your xbox one  . there  a another power cycle    you can do  try power cycle for 10 seconds then  unplug xbox one console for 30 seconds  then plug your xbox one in   you can add remove your  xbox account  . you also can  clear  persistent storage you can fine this in  setting . try keep xbox one dust free  and keep all vents clear

Try to do  a console reset   there are 2 options   keep   my   games and app or  delete everything  try do this  troubleshooting   last   . You  always check your internet connection in console settings . i hope this helps

Thank you. Had tried power cycling previously and whilst it gets the console back on when playing swbf2 again the same issue occurs.

Console is well ventilated and dust free.

Have deleted all, cleared cache and reinstalling. Hopefully this works. Won't be able to check until next day or so.
