How do i know what gen my processor is,i searched it but couldnt find a result on what gen but only shows me the version it is.

Ok i have done it but now im having the problom before,when im going into a match and it shows me what map im going to go in it crashes without an error,what can i do with this?

After crashing the game please create a new DxDiag file and attach it to your message. DxDiag file can help to find a reason of the crash.

Can you please tell me exactly how to do that step by step?

by the way i just relized that in my dxdiag,for my graphics card it says intel hd graphics 5600 when my graphics card is actually a gtx960 or 970 i dont remember.While i was trying to fix this problom from other sites wiitch didnt work they kinda made me play around with my graphics settings on my laptop,what can i do with this too?this is making me getting lower fps in games too ☹️

So, I checked your DxDiag file and you have two graphics cards:

Intel(R) HD Graphics 5600

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

For the best experience in the game I would recommend to use graphics card from Nvidia, but how to do this. I found some information from Internet and let's try the following:

• Reinstall your Nvidia graphics driver using DDU, here is the manual: http://bit.ly/2rmqUqR Then, reboot your PC and test the game.
• If there are no changes, then you will need to choose Nvidia graphics card via BIOS. This video should explain you how to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtDkczrf5fI or in the BIOS go to Advanced tab>>North Bridge configuration >> igpu multi monitor >> Disable.  BIOS interface may be different, but general tabs should the same.

NOTE: All actions in the BIOS are at your own risk.
