Yavin IV map should not exist in HvV

The Old Temple map in Heroes vs Villains is just "camp-exploited" to the level of a joke now.

Yes, it is partially my fault that I get extremely toxic when I see these kids jump jump jump and hide when they see that they'll be the targets, but passive camping to this extent should not be allowed in any game mode. I think that players are not even supposed to reach that high up in the temple under normal circumstances, right above the small interior section.

Sometimes this just drags on the match for a really long time, because the whole team is just so bad that they can't kill our target while theirs sits up there, at other times it just leads to a really boring defeat. Honestly, I don't understand what's the fun on their end either.

  • I agree that the current Yavin IV map makes HvV a pain. 

    A better option would be to create a HvV map from the other side of Yavin, (the last phase on GA) and replace the current Yavin IV map. There are just too much camping players (especially fly away boba fett) right now. 

    But we haven't seen anything changed like this before, so I don't know if we can expect such a change.

    Well, Boba is one thing, I mean I'm kinda getting used to "me no shoot, me fly!" Boba players, they do that on every map... On Yavin it is mostly Force users who jump up there. As I said, I don't think that upper area was originally supposed to be a playzone. It could easily be solved with the indicator that tells you that you're leaving the battlefront, it works for starfighters flying too high up.

    But sure, Boba can be extra annoying here too, because of all the obstacles that easily prevent shooting him while he flies away, let alone catching up with him.

  • I hate when boba and others able to jump do that in bespin, cloud city. on the roof hiding.
