You are offline , click r stick to connect

Mine has been doing the same all day.. what's the deal? 

Might need to reinstall it I have been having issues loading games after updates lately however reinstall always fixes it

This is a known issue and we are looking in to. 

Try the following troubleshooting:

• Reconnect the game its going to freeze for about 60 seconds and then you will get error 721. 
• Try reconnection again after that.
• Should work.

I have been trying to play with my friend on our xbox ones. When I start Battlefront 2, it states in the top corner that I am offline. We'll be online in a party and talking with each other, but the game states I am still offline. If I try and connect, I will either luck out and eventually succeed, or the more likely options are the game crashing, receiving error codes 720 or 721 and being unable to leave that pop up menu, or receiving one of those codes and being able to try again. I have no issue with my connection with any other games I play, and being in a party proves that I am online. It's very frustrating when you can't play a game online, when you are online, and was wondering if anyone had any insight into this problem.
