I have a similar problem. After the May update the game sync's to the cloud data and then a "could not activate" screen appears which reads:
"We could not activate Star Wars Battlefront on this computer using the EA Account you provided. Please locate your product key to activate the game using your EA account"
1. This is the only EA account I have. It is the same one I use for the Battle front game.
2. Clicking on the "Enter Product Key" button does nothing. In other words I am unable to even enter the product key.
I have tried repairing the game files and that has not worked.
I have tried signing in again. That has not worked.
Tried restarting the PC. That did not work either.
What can I do now? Is this an issue that other PC gamer's are having?
I have the exact same issue and tried all of the same things you tried and still no love. I'm betting now that we will miss out on the May 4th bonuses too...
