PS4 as well. I don't k think my issue is the exact same but seems similar to me. My audio in cut scenes starts out fine, but then t starts to cut out and lag behind the video. As much as 1 second. As far as I can tell, just in the cut scenes. Only on this game and no others. I have messed with all kinds of settings on my receiver and in the PS4, but nothing. IDK. Just venting a bit.
