Summarize your bug (On a PS4 Pro) Cutscene lip audio sync is sometimes, but not always, off by half a second or so (but game audio appears fine). It appears to happen more often in "performance mode" than in resolution mode but that may just be up to the specific cutscene in question pushing the hardware more/less (?)
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on PS4 Pro, possibly in performance mode and trigger a cutscene. Quite often, the lip movements of characters in the scene will be off by half a second or so. This does not appear to affect "in-game" interactions where you still control the camera, for example when speaking to Greeze or Cere when on the ship and you remain in gameplay is still fine (as is the rest of the gameplay after any given cutscene)
What happens when the bug occurs? Audio goes out of sync in cutscenes (but appears fine outside of them, and appears to realign itself after the cutscene has ended)
What do you expect to see? Well... uh... synced audio that matches the lip movement of the characters, I suppose 🙂

Question for you, does it seem reproducible reliably when you pause a cutscene for a long time? That's what happens to me on Xbox One X. I pause a cutscene for a few seconds and come right back? No problem. If I pause a cutscene for several minutes and come back though, lip syncing is completely off.
