Bad Season Pass Black Friday pricing

Season Pass pricing is very frustrating! feels like i got punished for only having the base game...

Black Friday prices:

Season Pass : €29.98

Ultimate Edition (Deluxe + Season Pass) : €26.99 

just to show how a huge a difference that is, discounted price for Deluxe + Season Pass if bought separately is €48.97 more than €20 difference!

so i guess my question is what's the point in pricing it like this?

all those who only have the base game and want to buy the Season Pass are being cheated by these prices.

EA: with this price to the Ultimate Edition it would make sense to price the Season Pass at around €20

    Ultimate version started out much more expensive as season pass. Now it's the opposite. It's a bet your placing when buying a new game. Always better to wait until the ultimate prices are starting to lower.

    any idea if i can buy the ultimate edition if i already own the base game?

    at least i'll save €3 ...

    p.s

    it just shows that it doesn't make sense... the ultimate edition costs less than the season pass, while it includes it.

    Yes, buy it in stead of the season pass. You'll have two games and one season pass. 😃
