Banned EA account

Question

Message: Hi this is riceowl1999 for some weird reason my EA account said it got banned for no valid reason I have done nothing wrong at all I always have and still follow all the rules terms and regulation policies etc.. so I do not understand so I strongly believe this is a big mistake and a huge misunderstanding please help!
