Battlefront 2015 DLC not accessible on new Xbox

I bought the deluxe edition of Battlefront 2015 on my xbox one when it came out, but now I use an xbox series X and can't access the DLC maps. I use the same account as I did when I had it on my old xbox, and I just transferred all the game content and downloads onto an external harddrive and put it on the new xbox. Even though all the DLC is downloaded and I use the same account as the old xbox, I can't play any DLC on the new console despite being able to still play them on the old console. Any idea why the new console isn't allowing me to use the DLC?
