Battlefront 2015 lost progression

Hey EA team & community,

I went to play Battlefront 2015 on ps5 the other day and I noticed all my data was gone, I put around 65 hours on this game. I haven’t played it in a few years but it’s frustrating none the less.

I read this happened to others and I am hoping a fix has been made or EA can restore my progression.

    Hey @darthvader394 

    If you had more than one account, the progress may be on the older one in which case it can't be moved over as progress is stored on the EA account. 

    The best bet would be to contact our support so they can take a look and see what options might be available. 

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Star Wars Battlefront
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary

    Hey @darthvader394 

    To check have you ever played on a different account or platform? If not, have you ever unlinked your EA account from your PSN account?

    As far as I know, I don’t think I unlinked my ea account and my psn. I also haven’t played on any other platform or PC for these games. I’ve had the same ea account since 2008ish.

    In 2021 I changed my email as I no longer had access and they ported my existing account over. Could that have anything to do with it? Can it be restored?
