I am really sorry for those issues with the companion app on your device. I`ve noticed you`ve already tried to reinstall the app, but have you done it after Power Cycling your device? You will need to turn it off and turn it on again before new install attempt. Keep us posted.

I have same problems with my companion app on sony xperia z5. It was working fine until i put my phone back to factory settings for speeding it up and making the battery life longer. After that i tried to reinstall the app. I get the message: "there were too many redirects". I've removed it once more, turned off and on my phone, reinstalled it, but again same message. Please help!
