Battlefront will not load to a menu screen only a battle involving Darth Vader

long story short, I purchased the new battlefront game for my son and whenever we load the game into the PlayStation 4 it will not allow us to access a menu screen. It goes right into a battle in whic...

I'm playing on PC, but have 2 copies, one for my son.

We played together for a couple of hours yesterday, and for about 20mins this morning but I can no longer play as get put into the Vader mini game every time and sit at 0% installation forever.

Out of ideas on this now and still no help from EA.
