BD-1 Does not scan databank entry

Summarize your bug The last databank entry I need is part 1/3 for Archive One Discovery of Cordova's Journey. BD will not scan the location so I can receive the entry on Zeffo.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the Turbine Facility map portion on Zeffo and stand in front of the open box in front of the door that leads to Gusty Bluffs to have BD-1 scan the relics to reveal the first databank entry for Cordova's Journey.
What happens when the bug occurs? BD-1 remains on Cal's back, and does not climb down and beep to alert the player to scan as he's supposed to when new databank entries are nearby.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to have BD-1 scan the area so I can complete this final databank entry.
I was disappointed to find that the new patch for 3/10/2020 didn't include this as a fix as its an issue with BD-1 not scanning other databank entries. Perhaps making a button command that BD-1 has to manually scan the area instead of him signalling when it's necessary so as to not have this issue in the future? Are there any fixes or suggestions for this bug?
I have:
- Restarted the game, my pc, and origin.
- Updated the game, my pc, and origin.
- Repaired the game via origin.
- Died and respawned multiple times.
- Saved and exited the game multiple times.
- Healed, saved, and exited the game.
I'm not sure what else to try. This is the final databank entry needed for the game for me and I didn't have this issue prior to other scans.
