Bogano The Creature databank entry #2 not showing

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Bogano: Databank #2 The Bingo not unlocking. At the exact area for it but no option to scan.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Bogano, go Great Divide and stand next to chair facing The Bingo. No option to scan shows even though there should be a spot there to scan and get the databank.
What happens when the bug occurs? Databank #2 for The Creature does not unlock nor show.
What do you expect to see? Option to scan and get Databank #2 called The Bingo for the section called The Creature.

I am on Bogano in the exact spot to be able to scan and unlock the 2nd entry for The Creature called The Bingo. It is not showing any spot to scan.

    Same issue, but on One X. I remember unlocking it before when I looked up where it should be, and not only do I not have it, but it doesn’t appear any longer to scan. Binog not bingo - spellcheck hates this one!
