Borderless Windowed still shows taskbar and window spills onto 2nd monitor

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I have a dual monitor setup and keep my Windows taskbar positioned on the left side of my gaming monitor instead of the typical bottom. I launch the game in Borderless Fullscreen, and the problem appears instantly,
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. All menus and screens when operating in borderless window mode.

How severe is your issue? Can play with mild frustration
What happens when the bug occurs? The leftmost part of the screen still shows my Windows menu/task bar, pushing the gameplay window to the right of it, and the rightmost part of the gameplay window is pushed off the right side of the screen into my next monitor. The attached screenshot should show the problem very clearly.
What do you expect to see? The borderless gameplay window fully covering a single monitor.

To clarify - I have a dual monitor setup.  A large proper gaming monitor on the left, and a cheap smaller monitor on the right.   I keep my taskbar docked to the left side of the screen instead of the bottom to make full use of the space.  The screenshot attached will show the problem clearly - SWS borderless window has been nudged away from the left side of the screen by my taskbar.

I've also attached my dxdiag.txt

I can actually work around this problem by running the game in true fullscreen mode but I prefer to run in Borderless Windowed if possible.
