Precisely a year since this was posted, the issue is still a thing. I left a few bits of exploring until after endgame, returned to the tomb as it was the last place I needed to 100% explore, of course with all the abilities now unlocked I was desperately looking for the last secret and force pulled and pushed the sphere into place.
I am now permanently stuck on 96% and cannot unlock the “A galaxy far far away” achievement due to it.
Sorry to hear this is still a bug. I was hoping Respawn/EA would have patched this by now. I'm unsure if this will work for you since you mentioned you had already completed the game, but I got lucky and that wall was mysteriously gone when I revisited the tomb after completing the story.
