Cannot Buy game from EA APP.

Whenever I am trying to buy a game from EA app it says no Internet and Restarts automatically as soon as I go to the checkout page.
Also contacted EA Help they were of no help and customer support is not good at all. Didn't expect that from Electronc Arts.
I had to click on the checkout button in a very small time frame like quickly before app restarts only then I was able to buy game but got no confirmation on the app and app ddin't reflected the game in library until I restarted the app by closing the app entirely from task manager. I have tried clearing cache but no use.
