Cannot change Profile picture on SWB2 website

On the Star Wars Battlefront 2 website, I am unable to change my profile picture on mobile, tablet or computer. It allows me to select the picture I would like and then loads as if it is changing the picture, but it will not change, so I am stuck with the cartoon face. Please can I have some help?

    Okay.  Let's make sure that you are doing everything right. Please follow my instruction:

    1) Go to Star Wars Battlefront Forums and login https://battlefront-forums.ea.com/

    2) Go to Preferences and select "Change My Picture" tab

    2) Next, you need to upload a new picture, so click on "Upload new picture"

    3) Wait a few seconds and then you will see next page where you need to set your thumbnail. Then click on "Save Thumbnail"

    4) Back to your profile and reload page. Your Profile Picture must be changed.

    Have you tried to clear browser cache and re-login to the forums?

    Hey @UrbanGlitch,

    sorry to hear you're running into issues there - like @IIPrest0nII, I was able to change my own profile picture perfectly fine. You don't necessarily see the "Thumbnail" part, but you should still be able to upload any picture. It shouldn't be related to your account, the permissions are all fine.

    Thanks for trying different devices already - did you also try different pictures? Maybe it just takes some time to upload the picture in the first place.

    Can you check if it works with another picture? You can remove that anytime and return to your standard comic picture.

    I decided to change the format of the pictures instead and it now seems to be working. Thanks for your time and effort
