Download and install Visual C++ files from Microsoft website,
First download and install Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019, restart your PC and launch the game.
If not resolved download and install Visual Studio 2013, restart your PC and launch the game.

- 5 years ago@lolly1003 Thanks for the answer, sadly that didn't fix the issue.
- 5 years ago@Pole_named_Paul Yea man this is extremely annoying. I was waiting all week for this and now I get this stupid msg. Apparently they recently updated their system requirements to Windows 10. I think there are workaround for this for other games but I've tried them and I couldnt get it to work:

Keep me posted and see if you can find a workaround and Ill do the same.
