Can't connect to Playstation Network??????

Can't connect to Playstation Network constantly.  I've been trying to figure this out for a couple hours and have got nowhere.  Cannot get a contact number or even e-mail address for EA to talk to technical support, I've gone on my Norton antivirus and made it so TCP and UDP ports are allowed and I just tried to add the specific ports mentioned online and still nothing.  At this point I just want a refeund as I spent $90 to play and I can't play or even contact anyone.  I'm not illiterate when it comes to computers, but networking is something I know little about and have lost patience after multiple attempts to get this game working.  Any help or contact info would be appreciated.
