Cant play Squadrons multiplayer

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I wanted to play multiplayer (I finished the story, and reboot the game every time, but didn't work), but it writes: this mode is disabed while you are not the group leader. I cant fix this.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Multiplayer menu, dogfight and fleet battles alike.
