Can't progress further a particular scene in STAR WARS: Squadrons

STAR WARS: Squadrons - Mission 9: Chaos at Mon Cala, after briefing and launching the mission, the mission does not load and just show the load screen! 

Playing the game on PC (Using the EA App). Purchased the game in November 2024. Please help!!
