can't send a case or a ticket

&nbsp;can't send a case or a ticketI&nbsp;can somebody help i tried like 50 times and every time brings me back to homepage of EA Help.

I cannot even find the place to send a ticket. Just go round and round in help. I am not able to finish badges for this game and will heave to start again some day. In or der to play for cards you need coins and all the games I have played have not given me any coins to continue. I did as they asked and logged out and back in but still no progress. Feel like I have wasted a lot of time and gotten nowhere.
