Can't start game on PS4 keeps saying update
So I download after paying 129.00 on ps store... The game doesn't work. It's version 1.02... It keeps telling me I need to update. I knew it wouldn't work first night...

I pre-ordered and pre-installed the Ultimate edition via the PS Store.
I get an error To use this application, you must update it CE-34832-8 when trying to launch.
I've rebooted.
I've logged out and back in to the PS Network.
I've disabled and re-enabled my PS4 as my primary console
I've re-initialized my licenses.
I've re-installed all, including the season pass and deluxe digital content.
The game doesn't work.
I know many people who went to the store tonight and bought a physical disc copy, they are all playing right now.
This issue appears to only effect those who pre-ordered digital editions via the PS Store.
Im having same issue with store bought copy
I bought the physical copy as well but mine wont install the actual game only the update
