Miałem ten sam problem. Gra odpalana przez Origin ale kupiona na Steam. Dopiero jak w ustawieniach gry na Steam zmieniem język na angielski to pobrało paczke z dźwiękiem.
I had same problem. Game run through Origin but i bought it on Steam. Only when I change game language settings on Steam, it downloaded language package.
