Chest not counting towards completion, trophy unobtainable

@AiR_Bango There are defiantly bugs when it comes to collecting items and not counting. They seem to be completely random but occur when the map isn't working. Its happened to me twice so far. If you collect echos, chests or secrets during this period they wont "count" to the total. This map bug can happen randomly as well I've found, I'm not sure what triggers it. To get the map back reloading the game works, however progress is lost even though the databank says the item is collected. The trophies also wont count because it looks like they go based off the map completion not the databank completion. If the trophies went off databank completion then it could potentially bypass the glitch. This bug in general is really frustrating because you could be collecting chests and secrets without knowing.
